Our Resident Artist house sits at the end of the driveway to our parking lot, which doesn't get more convenient! Resident artists have 24-hour access to the building to utilize the studio spaces as they see fit. The house is split into two apartments, with the first floor being occupied by other tenants (it's our teaching artist... no worries). The upstairs apartment is reserved for two RAs and includes:
