4-session Tiffany Style Stained Glass Workshop

Discover the art of Tiffany-style stained glass in this 4-session, 12-hour workshop designed for adults 18+. Under the guidance of international stained-glass artist Lynne Provance, you’ll learn the complete foiling method, from cutting and foiling to soldering, culminating in a finished 8” x 8” zinc-framed piece ready to hang.

Alcohol Ink Workshop
Led By Deb Derrenbacher |
Join us on October 8th from 6pm–8pm for a bold and exciting workshop hosted by local artist Deb Derrenbacher.
In this hands-on class, participants will create a vibrant 6” ceramic tile artwork using alcohol inks, and a little fire. Students will learn how to safely manipulate alcohol inks and briefly ignite the alcohol with a lighter to create stunning organic patterns, movement, and one-of-a-kind color blends.
The result? A dynamic, abstract piece full of depth and energy. No two will ever be alike.
No experience necessary, all materials provided.
Cost: $50 per person

Animal Antics Stained Glass Make & Take Workshop

Join us at HopeCAT on November 19th from 5:30–9:00 PM for an Animal Antics Make & Take Stained Glass Workshop led by Lynne Provance!
Participants will assemble one 8” x 8” ready-to-hang stained glass animal, finished with a zinc frame. Due to the 3½-hour time frame, participants will not design their own animal. Instead, you’ll select from a provided selection of animal art renderings and customize your piece by choosing your preferred glass colors. Important: Once you’ve selected your animal and colors, email your completed rendering selection to Lynne Provance at [email protected]. Lynne will use your choices to pre-cut and pre-grind the glass pieces so you’ll be working with safe, workshop-ready materials during class. During the class, you’ll learn and practice essential stained glass techniques as you foil, solder, and clean your artwork in a supportive, small-group setting. You’ll leave with a beautifully finished stained glass animal, crafted by you and ready to hang and enjoy at home! Date: November 19 Time: 5:30–9:00 PM Cost: $100 per person |

Sun Event Stained Glass Make & Take Workshop

Join us at HopeCAT on December 1 from 10:00 AM–1:30 PM for a Sunset Scapes Make & Take Stained Glass Workshop led by Lynne Provance!
Participants will create one 8” x 8” ready-to-hang stained glass sunset scene, finished with a zinc frame. Due to the 3½-hour workshop time frame, participants will not design their own scene. Instead, you’ll select from a provided selection of sunset scape renderings and customize your piece by choosing your preferred glass colors. The available renderings and color selection sheet can be found at www.hopecat.org/art-classes. Once you’ve made your selections, email your completed choice to Lynne at [email protected] in advance of the workshop. Lynne will pre-cut and pre-grind the glass according to your selections, allowing you to work with safe, workshop-ready pieces during class. During the workshop, you’ll learn and practice essential stained glass techniques as you foil, solder, and clean your artwork in a fun, supportive, small-group setting.
