Anonymous Witness Reporting Portal

This site supports Hope Center for Arts and Technology, Inc. compliance of Act 16 Article XX-J of the Pennsylvania Public School Code of 1949 and builds on the It's On Us PA initiative which requires post-secondary institutions to establish and maintain an anonymous online reporting system to receive complaints of sexual harassment and sexual violence from students and employees.
